Effective from 01st January, 2014, the companies: Max Lehner AG, Switzerland and Carlack für Technik und Handel mbH, Germany, were sold 100 percent by shareholder family Lehner in the socpe of a management buy-out to Dersim Stein (Owner and CEO), Switzerland.
